At Decollorca, we are a small, tightly knit team with extensive coordination expertise. We have been based southeast of Palma de Mallorca for over five years. Our Belgian roots enable us to communicate fluently in French, Dutch, Spanish, English, and have knowledge of German. Our motivation and technical proficiency ensure smooth project execution, and our experience working with Spanish partners has taught us the art of patience and embracing the island's unique lifestyle while delivering outstanding results for you.

    Our pricing is tailored to your needs and project volume. Fill out the contact form, and we’ll provide you with a personalized offer.
  • How can I pay for the service?
    For smaller orders, payment is required upfront. For larger volumes, we will ask a 50% upfront, and we offer the option of a monthly invoice. In both cases, we can send you an invoice.
  • Is it secure to outsource my pictures?
    Yes, your images are safe with us. You keep full ownership, and our agreements ensure your copyrights are always respected.
  • Why outsource my photo editing?
    Save time and boost your listings with professional, high-quality edits. Our expert team ensures your images stand out and your workflow stays smooth. And if you want to make more in-depth alterations, we offer a virtual home staging service.
  • What kind of photo editing services do you provide?
    We offer a full suite of professional photo editing services designed to transform your images into high-impact visuals: • Blurring personal photos like house number for privacy • White balance correction and adjustment of brightness, contrast, highlights, and shadows • Straightening of architectural lines and reduction of color casts • Removal of sensor dust spots, loose cords, and reflections from cameras or flashes • Merging of exposure-bracketed shots (up to 5 images) for perfect lighting balance We offer other possibilities: see our Virtual Home Staging page
  • How quickly will you receive your virtual home staged images?
    Your finalized images will be ready within 5 business days—fast and hassle-free!
  • What do you need to provide to receive the best staged image?
    Simply send us a sketch or a photo of the room, along with the exact viewpoint you would like. If you have more informations like the size of the room, the style you like, and the place (kitchen office, ...). We’ll take care of the rest! If you simply want to optimise your photos to make them more attractive, go to our photo editing page.
  • Will revisions be included?
    We ensure top-quality visualizations with a thorough quality check. If we misinterpret your instructions, we’ll correct it at no extra cost. For any additional changes after delivery, a small fee applies.
